We don’t claim we can change your entire culture in half a day, but we will shine a light on some of the more common issues you face.

You’ll leave this workshop with insight into the psychology around innovation; you’ll gain an understanding of the resistance that colleagues demonstrate in the face of change; you’ll see how to play short to win long; and you’ll take away invaluable tools to handle sticky situations.
